Founded in 1978, we aim to empower women and reduce inequality by providing support and guidance in a safe and non-judgemental environment. We offer low cost counselling, mental health and domestic violence support, advice services (including legal and debt/benefits/housing advice for domestic abuse victims), courses/workshops to build confidence and improve wellbeing, and social and therapeutic creative activities. All of our services are confidential and open to all women regardless of situation or background. We are a registered charity (charity number 1135743)
