BBC Radio Derby interviews – the plight of the Derby Womens Centre

There is likely to be a follow up regarding the plight of the Derby Women’s Centre and its campaign to raise funds to continue its work here in the City of Derby and beyond. The recent BBC Radio Derby interviews with the centre’s CEO which include the local authority apologising for its original statement and making a formal apology saying it was referring to the centre.

We continue to push forward with our fund raising and are receiving daily donations through all of the channels we have set up including the main GOFUNDME campaign.

There are also details coming of local author Sharon Bull donating through a book launch here in Derby in November.

We would also like to Browns of Derby and Derby College for the materials and labour which have been supplied to help with the up-keep and improvements to the centre.

Please do keep DONATING your support its vital, thank you.
