Domestic Abuse Help during the Coronavirus Lockdown March 2020

While everyone is staying safe from Coronavirus, there are still ladies out there who are now locked in with their abuser.  You can still find help for either yourself or a friend/family member.  The NHS Website has some good links that you can use.  If you need to hide your search history use an incognito window before opening the link, or edit your history and delete the web page after viewing.
You can contact Women’s Aid via the live chat here:
Refuge.org.uk is still offering help and advice online or on the phone
A Derbyshire helpline number you can call is 0800 085 3481
The .gov website has even added a page with important links here:
Another free service is by way of an app.    You can download their app directly from the website  www.hestia.org
Don’t forget if you are in danger you can still dial 101 or 999.
Even in this trying time there is still help for those who are able to ask for it.
Stay safe.
